Ti Blica is a singer whose street clips on YouTube go back to 2012. "Ya Pas De Problèmes", a street clip dated September 2012, and "Cho Les Vacabons", released in 2013 with PSK Music, both sit on the Blica Family channel, and "Hustler" followed as a street clip in 2015. A feature on shatta by the Belgian broadcaster RTBF names Ti Blica first among its examples of conscious shatta, with lyrics about living conditions, unemployment and discrimination, together with Vlg Rocki and Politik Naï. His standing also shows in the biographies of younger artists: the producer Mikado lists Mercenaire Ti Blica among his local influences, and Le Jèm'ss credits TiBlica with encouraging him when he started out at 17. Ti Blica's Deezer page lists singles including "Bass la" in 2018, a group of releases in 2020 such as "Zlatan" and "pété tol", "Sa Koumancé" in 2023 and "Marsupilami" in 2026.
