The story so far.

Maureen’s route into music began with dance. In Mouv’s Les Go Sûres program, she described first wanting to be a dancehall dancer before becoming a recording performer. The broadcaster places her in Martinique’s shatta scene and names Mr Vegas and 2Face among her inspirations. Kalash’s invitation to appear on Laptop connects that work with a wider collaborative audience. During the August 2023 program, she performed Tic and Flex, alongside a reworked Moi, Lolita. Those broadcast performances are distinct from the commercial recordings linked here. Her catalog retains named releases and collaborations, while unrelated artists who share the name Maureen remain separate identity candidates.
