Sorrow is a singer and the leader of the APK group, as described in the Qobuz biography of his younger sister Kryssy, which says he played a key part in her artistic development. His own YouTube channel, Sorrow Mizik, labels many of its clips as shatta. "Hala Apk", recorded with MT and Niko, is billed as a shatta clip, as are "Au Pays", built on an instrumental by Digital, and "Son Mwen", while "Deter Deter" is billed as afroshatta. The same channel also hosts Kryssy's "Dem A Fraid", tagged as a shatta clip from 2016. His Deezer discography dates "Au Pays", "Hala Apk" and "Fess epi tete" to 2014 and 2015 and continues with singles such as "Bon d'accord" and "Fréquent" with Tiken in 2018, "Agonizé" in 2021, "Lâche la Grappe" in 2024 and "Chat Botté" in 2025, with "Son Mwen" listed among his 2026 releases.
