Behind the music
The story so far.
Hollywood HP is a Saint Lucian deejay, promoter, broadcaster and soca artiste. The Voice reported in 2022 that he won the National Soca Monarch on his first attempt at soca. In 2015 he reached both the Groovy and Power Soca Monarch finals, released Clock In on the Zafeh Riddim, and saw I Ready To Work tie for third in that year's Road March. In 2018 he released Used To This with Minor Productionz. His 2022 song with Mr Legz, Spoiling We Name, ran on the Spaceman Riddim, which Mr Legz co-produced with Diamond "Drillz International" Peters for YTM Recordz. He was a guest during Ezra D'Funmachine's set at the 2024 Saint Lucia Jazz and Arts Festival. In 2025 he and Ricky T placed second in the Power Soca Monarch with Freak Out, a Break Out Riddim release, and in 2026 he released Lemme Waist It on the Dizzy Riddim.
