Observer is a calypsonian and a former calypso monarch. Soca News named him among the six past winners of Dominica's Calypso Monarch competition who reached the 2025 semi-finals, together with Bobb, Karessah, Jaydee, Daddy Chess and Tasha P. He went on to the nine-act final on 1 March 2025 at Windsor Park Forecourt, a line-up that Soca News said contained five former monarchs. His recorded entries cover more than two decades. "Give Me Back My Vote" is posted on YouTube as a Dominica Calypso 2002 song, and "Dead Calypsonians Request" was his entry during Mas Domnik 2016. The Dominica Calypso Association's own YouTube channel hosts his song "Deception".
