Mac 11 is the stage name of Lance Montoute, a Saint Lucian soca artiste and radio personality. The Voice reported in 2017 that he started out in 2002 in dancehall before crossing over to soca, and that his music blends the two in a style known as Socatrap. His song Padnas, on the Soca Panda Riddim from Ransum Records, is billed on its upload as the 2016 Saint Lucia Road March winner, and later coverage calls him the 2016 Road March King. For the 2017 season he released Bend Up Your Back on the Ginger Ale Riddim, also from Ransum Records, and ran a dance challenge around it. The same article says he performed at Soca Frenzy in London in 2011, shared stages with Sean Paul and Beenie Man in Jamaica and Martinique, and toured the United States in 2016 with Power Soca Monarch Islah Man. In 2018 the Castries mayor's office backed his trip to Trinidad Carnival with Dennery Segment artiste Freezy.
