Rio "Snakey" St Paul is a soca artist who represented the parish of St John at Spicemas 2026 and won Grenada's Power Soca Monarch in his first appearance in the final. His winning song, "Raging Seas", came from producer Alix "XILA" Aird, who also goes by Sandman, with mastering by Rezonance. NOW Grenada reported that he had reached the semifinals of the Power Soca competition in 2024 without making the final, then returned two years later to take the crown ahead of defending champion Muddy and Lil Kerry. The same report identifies him as Police Constable #309. Before his performance he told reporters that success starts with believing in yourself. The NOW Grenada profile of Lil Kerry's season also describes "Raging Seas" as a hot track. Earlier releases include "Represent", issued on his own channel with a Grenada Soca 2025 tag, and "Clamp" on the Crime Scene Riddim for 2026. The official audio of "Raging Seas" was shared by JulianspromosTV.
