Hunter is a chutney soca singer with a long record of collaborations across the soca line. Saint Lucia's The Voice described him as a chutney soca star in 2017 and noted that he teamed up with Bunji Garlin in 2008 on Bring Di Rum. That same 2017 report placed him among nine finalists at the Trinidad Chutney Soca Monarch, where he worked with Saint Lucian Ricky T on True Rum Drinka Remix. His own releases include Puncheon, Ameilia with Soca Elvis from 2020, and Wey Meh Tools, released as a 2024 chutney soca. In 2012 he featured on Married or Runaway by Rick Ramoutar, who went on to win the 2024 monarch title. In 2022 he and Raquel John answered Kenneth Salick's She Want Ah 4x4 Van with Plenty Iron, billed as the 4x4 Van Man reply and released through West Indian Chutney Music.
