Galloway is the stage name of Carl Roosberg, a soca singer and writer who performs with the carnival band Tsunami. Aruba Today reported that he won the Power Soca title at the Aruba Caiso and Soca Monarch 2024 with "Mash Up", a song he also composed, arranged by Rod Benjamin and Michael Odor. Tsunami's upload of the song is tagged Power Soca 2024. In 2026 he reached the Soca Monarch final again with "Turnaround" and placed fourth, in a contest won by Lord Lally, as listed by 24ora, and the band's channel also posts his live set from the pre finals. Later that year 24ora reported that Galloway and Randolph Berry, known as Daddy Bass, wrote "Scat Jam", the band's promotional song for Carnival 73, with Dwain Heemstadt arranging. Tsunami's channel also carries his soca songs "Memories" and "Borderline", which together show a steady run of entries over several carnival seasons.
