Wetty Beatz is the working name of Phillip Bastien, a Vincentian producer and performer. On 27 October 2023 Prime Minister Ralph Gonsalves named him a cultural ambassador for Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and the announcement described him as based in Europe and known for a modern touch in soca production. He wrote, produced, mixed and mastered Sye Pa Mele, a 2019 soca single that has passed 240,000 views. Ting Go Nice Again, a 2021 soca video, has drawn more than 550,000 views, and Cyah Take It followed as an encouraging message to listeners during what he called an unprecedented time. He teamed with Jab King on Hello, a 2021 power soca track on his Super Saiyan Riddim, and later mixed and mastered Tusty for Rum. In 2026 his label released the Link Up Riddim with Foxx, including his own Iz Yourz and Magikal's Whappa, both labeled bouyon.
