Vanessa Ramoutar is a chutney soca singer and songwriter who works closely with her husband, Rick Ram. The Trinidad Express reported that the couple wrote his 2024 hit Luuuzzaarr together, and the Guardian quoted Rick crediting her with the outfits and staging behind his Chutney Soca Monarch win that February. She also competed in that final, performing Suno Suno Balana with Lady Lava in a set calling for more support for people dealing with mental and social struggles, and the pair tied for second in the Queen of Chutney Soca category. A year later she was back among the finalists at Skinner Park. Her Deezer releases include Suno Suno Balama and Baba Na Aawe Jai in 2024 and Iz Ah Indian Wedding in 2025, the last recorded with Olatunji. Baba Na Aawe Jai features Rawytee Ramroop. An earlier song, Horn But Cya Take, circulates in a 2011 upload.
