Mr Renzo, whose real name is Lawrence Adams, has released soca since 2012. Soca Rocket Ship came out on the Cosmic Riddim in 2012, Let She Be She landed on the Sneaky Guy Riddim for the 2013 Trinidad and Tobago carnival, and X-Rated appeared on We Muzik: Soca 2013. He followed with Challenge in 2017, a song Sokah2Soca described as him throwing down the gauntlet. Shake Ya Bam Bam got a remix in 2018, and Malo was remixed with Cutty Ranks. He featured on Activate with 2mv, Keshav and Destra, and in 2023 he recorded a Spanish version of Hard Fete as a tribute to Bunji Garlin's Road March winning song. Much of his recent catalog mixes soca with Latin styles, including Soca Mambo, Muevelo and Tomalo. Soca Mambo also carried him into the power soca final of the 2020 International Soca Monarch.
