Behind the music
The story so far.
Brucelee Almightee is a soca artist whose songs keep turning up on Crop Over riddim projects. The first single on Apple Music, My Imagination, came out in 2020. Riddim work followed quickly: Bad Badd on the Rats Hole Riddim in 2021, Mauby on the Red Dead Riddim in 2022, Doan Tell Me That on the Lawrd Havus Mercy Riddim in 2023 and I Catch Ya on the Skayta Riddim the same year. In 2024 came Get Dibby on the Dibby Service Riddim, Home Cook Food through Dutty Tallics Records, and Tomorrow, a release with the production team Noize Boyz. Done Drinking, with Lil Rick and DJ Ky, appeared on the Payday Riddim in 2025 and later got a road mix, while My Time landed on the B12 Riddim and Ms Hard to Get followed as a single. Sokah2Soca's 2025 Crop Over top ten, drawn from a Spotify playlist of the most requested songs, listed Tomorrow. In 2026 Bambalam paired Brucelee Almightee with Mole De Chief.
