Julien Believe is a Bahamian singer who appeared on the bill of the first two editions of Bahamas Junkanoo Carnival. The Tribune reported in 2015 that he was booked for the festival's inaugural edition, with guest performances alongside Bunji Garlin and the band Visage on the opening night at the Cultural Village in Nassau, and in 2016 the paper again listed him among the Bahamian artists on the programme. His recordings often bring in guests from across the region. "Live and Wine" features Bunji Garlin, and its official video is labelled a Bahamas Junkanoo Carnival mix. "Party Ambassador" (2017) features Fadda Fox, Ricardo Drue and Beenie Man, while "I Believe In You" brings in Machel Montano, Skinny Fabulous and Alison Hinds. "Goin' Down On Bay", with Angelique Sabrina, was promoted as 2019 soca. His Deezer catalogue includes "Junkanoo Love Story" and the album Hybrid from 2020, "Push Back" from 2022 and "Ain't Nothing Like Home" from 2024.
