Ching-ee is the stage name of Shaquille Mark, who reached the semi-finals of the 2020 International Soca Monarch in both the groovy and power categories. The soca releases under this name on Apple Music go back to Wine On Yuh on the Wake Up n' Live Riddim in 2016. Rolling Stone followed as a single in 2018, then Coming Down on the Fete Mood Riddim in 2019. 2022 brought Drip Drip, Ninja Ride on the Audrey Riddim and the single Come Nah. Carnival People, a duet with Preedy, arrived in 2023, along with Naughty By Nature on the Super Freaks Riddim and Jab Wedding on the Jab Water Riddim. Shaquille Mark also turns up in the songwriting credits on several of these tracks, and the credits for Bunji Garlin's 2025 release Carry It list Shaquille Chingee Mark as a co-arranger and in the special thanks.
