Viggy is the stage name of Viglef Gumbs, a soca artist from Anguilla. He first won the island's Soca Monarch title in 2024 with "Energy", a song he later presented to audiences on a promotional trip to Trinidad and Tobago. On 27 July 2025, at the Anguilla Summer Festival held at the Landsome Bowl Cultural Centre, he retained the Groovy Soca Monarch crown with his single "Cinematic". Socanews reported that the prize included EC$10,000, EC$6,000 for travel and a place on the bill of the St. Kitts Soca Monarch finals, and that he planned to focus on regional and international shows, collaborations and new releases. Before those titles, his music was already circulating through soca channels, including "Endless" in 2021, "We Good" on the QT Riddim, and "Still Sweet", a 2020 duet with Roxxy. "Cinematic" is the best place to start.
