Mr. Killa

The story so far.

Mr. Killa is Grenadian soca performer Hollice Mapp. His official biography traces his early performances to original dancehall songs in a teen talent competition, followed by a move into soca. Thunder Rags brought a Grenada Soca Monarch win in 2004. Rolly Polly later drew attention across the region, while Run Wid It became his winning song in the Power category of the 2019 International Soca Monarch in Trinidad. That competition result is distinct from the separate Groovy title. The selected Rolly Polly recording credits Hollice Mapp and Francis de Lima as writers, with de Lima also producing. The selected Run Wid It edition names Mr Killa and Stadic Music as performers. The artist’s own website links his Apple Music profile, providing a starting point for separating his catalog from other performers with similar names.
