DJ Sleem is a DJ known for long bouyon mixes, many of them shot as videos at Dominica landmarks. His mixtape series goes back at least to Bouyon Nation in 2017 and a second Bouyon Nation edition in 2018, released as 45 minutes of current bouyon heading into summer. In 2019 he started an annual summer mix dubbed Bouyon Bacchanal, featuring songs by Triple Kay, Asa Bantan, Keks Mafia, Colton T and Reo. His Bouyon Mix 2024 Plus, aimed at Dominicans and bouyon fans, has passed 230,000 views. Sizzling Hot 2024 was filmed at Spanny Falls between the villages of Bells and Pont Casse. The 2025 Bouyon Mix, recorded at the freshwater lake near Laudat as Dominica's carnival approached, has drawn more than 540,000 views. His channel serves as a yearly snapshot of which bouyon songs were driving each season.
