The story so far.
Devon George, who also records as Devon G, is a bouyon artist and songwriter. "Overload," released in December 2021 under a Bouyon 2022 banner, was written by him on a riddim by Bryelle "Bryce Beatz" Joseph and recorded at Bobos Studios; its credits list the genre as bouyon music. Earlier in 2021 he released "Yenki Song" on a bouyon drill riddim produced by DJ Flip Tha Boss at Flipside Recordz. "Gwada Man" and "Pas Kouri (Don't Run)" with Bryce Beatz followed in 2022, then "Clown Show" in 2023, produced by Jackie Beatz with mixing by C4. In 2025 came "Straight Shots." In 2026 he joined Redpunchdrip and Strosey on "Why Should I?," produced by XavvoKnockin for Knockin Records, and on its follow-up "Why Did I?" Mushroom recorded and mixed his 2026 single "FQ to DQ" on a Dbossriddimz riddim.
