Behind the music

The story so far.

Lejuh is an artist from Guadeloupe, according to his Qobuz biography, which says his music mixes traditional West Indian sounds with current influences. Booska-P's March 2026 feature on the spread of bouyon lists him in the new generation, beside Theomaa, Aknose and 1T1, that followed the path opened by HollyG. In 2023 he released "Trampoline" and "Piney," the latter with Theomaa. In 2024 he put out "Goutéw" with Dcamp and LewisMelo, along with "Krédib," "Lolita" and "Sòti Gwadloup" with Admiral T, and he is one of the voices on 1T1's "Leave Me Alone" with Dinho, Theomaa and Binksdrick. "Air Force 1" arrived in 2025, followed on Deezer by "Bike Life" with Nils and, in 2026, "Big Belly." That year he also released "Good" with YSN, featured on Meryl's "Boss," and joined a long list of singers on YSN's "Brennen."
