Kevni records dancehall and shatta, and Apple Music files his artist page under Modern Dancehall. His debut album "Top Boy" came out in 2020, and the "Inevitab" project followed in February 2023. A Karukerament review of "Inevitab" describes it as moving from dancehall to bouyon by way of shatta and reggaeton, with lyrics that mix Creole, French and English; it names tracks such as "Rocksta", "Jiman", "Imajiné" with LaRose and "Dondada Boss" with Matieu White, and mentions his feature on KRYS's "Boug An Mwen". Among his singles are "Pa Fè Rol (Shattastyle)" from 2021 and "Top Shatta" with DJ Sayd. He also appears on Reo's "I Like Woman" with Edday, Larose and YG Gucci, a Bouyon 2022 release produced by Litleboy. More recent work includes "Everywhere I Go" (2024), "Gwadloup Cho" with a group of guests, and "REA" with Lil Dem in 2026.
