About this edition.
Differentology is a 13-track Bunji Garlin album in the Apple Music edition dated August 12, 2014. The title can refer either to this album or to the song, so the tracklist is particularly useful when identifying a specific recording. The version of Differentology (Ready for the Road) without a remix label appears at track four; a separately named Major Lazer remix appears at track eight.
Carnival Tabanca is also represented twice: its unqualified entry is track two, and the Viking Remix is track nine. Truck On D Road at track five explicitly credits A$AP Ferg. These labels distinguish the versions included in this edition without assuming that every similarly titled single elsewhere uses the same master.
VP Records’ announcement describes an agreement with RCA Records to release Bunji’s forthcoming album. Separately, the Billboard report reproduced by VP dates the title song’s original release to November 2012 on Sheriff Music. The 2014 album date therefore must not be used as the song’s first release date. The sequence below runs from Red Light District to Gi Dem Dey, with direct links to all 13 edition-specific recordings.
